The °µÍøÁÔÆæ was represented by 14 schools at the 2019 RoboCupJunior competition at Westmount High School on April 26 and 27.
All elementary schools across the °µÍøÁÔÆæ offer various levels of French language instruction integrated within the Québec Education Program.
At Cedarcrest, students from Kindergarten through to Grade 6 follow a French immersion curriculum model. From Kindergarten to grade 2 (cycle 1), students recieve 95% of their academic instruction in French, with the exception of Ethics and Religious Culture. In grades 3 to 6 (cycle 2), students follow a bilingual program. These totals do not include French spoken during recess, daycare and extra-curricular programming.
Extra-Curricular programs and activities are an extension to the basic school curriculum. Schools will offer a different variety of educational programs and activities depending on the community, location and volunteers and funding.
